What are the weekly Rates? (Rates may vary)

  1. $200+/week/child  up to 8 hrs 

  2. +$60/Week Extended Rate  8.5 - 12hrs  

  3. 12 hr shifts allowed up to 40hrs/week

  4. Part-time up to 20 hrs $160/week/child

  5. Application Fee: $25/child

  6. Annual Activity Fee: $50 

  7. Annual Assessment Fee: Tentatively $25.00 

  8. Enrollment/Registration Fee: $100

 

When is my payment due? 

  1. Payments are due upon start

  2. Payments are due Fridays at drop off before the next week begins or they will not be placed on the schedule for the following week (Late Fee will be applied)

  3. Payment late fee $20

What is my late fee? 

1. More than 2 late pickups can result in termination or suspension of services

2. ​A late fee of $1.00 per minute, per child, is charged for each minute that a child remains after scheduled hours.

3. This fee must be paid when the child is picked up or before the child may return. 

 

Can I pay weekly/biweekly/monthly?

  1. Yes you may pay Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly

What is an activity Fee?

  1. An “Activity Fee” is the $50. It covers all the activities throughout the year. The reason why there is an activity fee for the children under the age of 2 is because there are activities that will include the toddlers onsite 

What are your hours?

  1. Sunday 3rd shift  - Friday 2nd shift

  3. We do not take in children or allow children to leave after 12AM due to safety reasons. 

  4. If we are to have an early dismissal/closure we will alert parents via text 

Do you accept Vouchers ?

  1. Yes we do take vouchers!

  2. Application and fees must be paid before you may start along with packet

  3. Child care vouchers from the County Department of Social Services (DSS) and scholarships from Guilford Child Development are accepted by ACES programs that are licensed by the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education. Other subsidy payments such as from adoption services or other DSS providers are also accepted

  4. APPlYING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Eligible parents or an adult responsible for a child can apply for DSS child care vouchers at the Guilford County DSS Child Day Care Services office at 1203 Maple Street in Greensboro or at 325 Russell Ave. in High Point; (336) 641-3715 for both offices. Parents who are not eligible for DSS assistance, and who live or work in Greensboro, may be eligible for Guilford Child Development day care scholarships. Interested parents should contact Guilford Child Development at 1200 Arlington Street, Greensboro (378-7700).

  5. No Call/No show 3x is grounds for termination. 

How soon can my child start?

  1. Your child may start after the meet and greet, the application and fees are paid in full

 

What is the fax number?

  2. Please let us know you are sending a fax so we can look out for it and have the fax available or you may send 

Can we bring breast milk?

  1. Yes we do allow breast milk as long as it is bagged and dated correctly. 

What do we provide? 

  1. Breakfast, Am Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, Dinner, Evening Snack 

  2. Wipes

  3. Cups, spoons, bowls

  4. Activities 

  5. No outside food allowed unless it is. Store bought and enough for all children.

Can I have my child’s birthday party onsite?

  1. Yes we celebrate birthday parties with the children.

  2. Please coordinate it with the Teacher/Director accordingly 

  3. Parties are scheduled 2-4PM and evening shift 6-8PM

Can my child come on the weekends?

  1. We currently are not open on weekends!

Are there cameras onsite?

     1. GloryUs Blessings Childcare is equipped with cameras specifically for the owner/Director and Law Enforcement monitoring for the protection of the children, there is no streaming video on a website or a mobile app.

Federal Tax ID Number

1. Parents who claim a child care tax credit for tuition payments use the Federal Tax ID Number 35-2470488 as the provider’s tax identification number.

2. We provide a W-10 at the end of the year to file with your taxes.

Behavior Expectations 

1. MUTUAL RESPECT towards staff , students, and parents are expected to demonstrate mutual respect and regard for one another. Parents/guardians/staff should immediately report concerns regarding inappropriate language or behavior.

2. Disrespectful language or behavior directed towards a staff member, student, or others by a student or parent is a serious offense and can result in the child being removed.

3. Teachers will address inappropriate behavior in an age-appropriate way by verbally discouraging the behavior and/or redirecting a child to an appropriate activity.

4. Short cooling-off periods followed by a discussion of the incident and appropriate behavior may be used with preschoolers and older children at the teacher’s discretion.

5. Corporal punishment is not allowed.

Person Prohibited from Pickup

1. In families in which separation or divorce has occurred, unless there is a court prohibition, either parent may pick up, or designate persons approved to pick up, the child.

2. If a non-custodial parent is restricted or prohibited from picking up the child, a copy of the current court-approved parenting plan and/or child protective custody order must be submitted for the child’s file.

Impaired Driver

1. If there is suspicion that an authorized pick-up person is driving while impaired when the individual comes to pick up a child, a staff member may encourage the person to seek alternate transportation or to allow the staff member to contact another authorized pick-up person.

2. A staff member may contact law enforcement and/or DSS if there are concerns for the safety of the child.

Smoke Free Policy

1. Our policies are intended to provide children a smoke free and tobacco free environment.

2. Our policies do not permit smoking and the use of any product containing, made or derived from tobacco, including e-cigarettes, cigars, little cigars, smokeless tobacco, and hookah, on the child care premises, in vehicles used to transport children, or during any off premise activities.

3. The use of tobacco (including smokeless tobacco and vaping), illegal drugs, and alcohol is not permitted by our policies on all school campuses and during School-sponsored off-campus activities.

Withdrawal

1. We make future staffing and purchasing decisions based on the number of children currently enrolled.

2. As a result, a two-week written notice to the Director is required if you choose to permanently withdraw your child.

3. If you withdraw your child without two weeks’ notice, tuition will continue to be due, and you agree to pay the tuition for the two weeks following your child’s last day of attendance, and your child will be unenrolled at the end of that two-week period.

Pets

1. We have 2 shihtzu on-site Kinsley and Kasi

2. Gentle touch allowed only

3. Records are current and on file with the vet.
