Lead Teacher/After School /Floater
Salary: $TBD
Hours: M-F (Days/Hours may vary based on Enrollment) FT/PT
Benefits: Childcare assistance, Weekends and State holidays Off
Requirements:
- Prefer a minimum of 6 months experience working with children
- HS Diploma or GED required with Early Childhood Credentials
- Flexible and energetic on the job
- Have the ability to juggle multiple duties
- Ability to resolve conflicts between children
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must pass a criminal background check with Fingerprints
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, teaching and implementing the curriculum for all children from infants through preschool children
- Providing love and quality care for the children throughout the day in order to meet their emotional and physical needs
- Planning and executing indoor and outdoor experiences appropriate to the developmental levels of the children
- Interacting with children both physically and verbally throughout the day
- Assisting children with their personal hygiene and clean up of classroom
- Serve and eat meals with the children
- Meet with parents, staff, and administration
- Attend in-service and staff development training programs
- Familiarity with state licensing requirements
Childcare Transportation Driver
Salary: $TBD
Hours: M-F 2p-6p (Days/Hours may vary based on enrollment)

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED /NC EC Credentials
- Valid Drivers License and excellent driving record - must provide MVR
- Ability to resolve conflicts between children
- Excellent communication and people skills
- First Aid and CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Must pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:
- Establish routes, schedules and procedures with the director to maximize safety of children.
- Adhere to the established schedule to the best of your ability.
- Observe all Department of Motor Vehicle rules and regulations and make sure all speed limits are observed.
- Complete a daily inspection of the van, a weekly inspection of tires, oil, blades, etc. and report all van maintenance issues to the Director.
- Insure there is an adequate amount fuel to complete trip.
- Ensure all state mandated items are present and in good working order.
- Transportation Roster forms should be completed as children arrive and depart the van.
- Keep the vehicles litter free and cleaned up after each van run.
- Ensure the safety of the children at all times.
- Meet and maintain all state licensing requirements/qualifications and comply with all Policies and Procedures at all times.
- Attend all staff trainings and pursue professional training when available.
- Maintain flexibility regarding scheduled working hours and assignments.
- Assist in other areas as requested by management.
- Maintain a professional relationship with all personnel, business related associates and parents.
Maintenance/Landscaper: Contractor or For Hire
